Q: What is a look?
A: A “look” is defined as a single change of wardrobe, hair and makeup, or a combo of the two.
Q: How much is the deposit for services?
A: After emailing Booked It Photography to schedule your session, a $100.00 non-refundable retainer is due to finalize your booking, which will go toward your total. The remainder of the balance will be due by the end of your session.
Q: How do I schedule a session?
A: Please email email@example.com to book a session. Once you have received a confirmation email for your scheduled shoot date, proceed to the pricing guide to put down your $100.00 deposit to hold and finalize your booking appointment.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located at 1755 El Cerrito Place in Los Angeles, CA.
Q: Is retouching included?
A: Retouching is not included, but can be added on for an additional cost. Retouching is highly recommended in order to achieve the very best results possible. Please reference the rates listed on the pricing guide.
Q: What is included in my photoshoot?
A: You will get a private digital download of featuring all of the high resolution images from your session that you can share with your agent, manager, friends and family, making narrowing down your selects easy as can be! You will also get expert advice from the owner himself during your session to help guide your shoot and help everything to flow smoothly.
Q: Do you use natural light?
A: A combination of natural light and studio light is utilized in every shoot.
Q: Is hair/make-up provided?
A: Though it is not included, HMU services can be provided at an additional cost. Booked It Photography highly recommends that clients use a hair and make-up artist, which can be booked by emailing bookeditphotography.com. This service must be requested at the time the shoot is scheduled. Please reference our pricing guide for rates.
Q: May I do my hair/shave in between looks during my shoot?
A: Absolutely, 15 minutes is allotted in between looks to change your appearance regarding changing make-up, outfits, hair styles, shaving, etc.
Q: Will inclement weather cancel my photoshoot?
A: No, we will shoot rain or shine.
Q: Can I split my session time and/or cost with another client?
A: Sessions cannot be split with another client.
Q: What is the cancellation/ no-show policy?
A: Booked It Photography requires that clients contact via email or phone at least 48 hours prior to your shoot in order to reschedule without losing your deposit. Your deposit will be held and used towards your rescheduled session. No shows will result in their deposit of $100.00 being withheld.
Q: What is the rescheduling policy?
A: As a token of good faith, Booked It Photography requests full payment for services prior to rescheduling.
Q: Can I bring guests to my session?
A: Yes, you are more than welcome to have a guest accompany you during your shoot. For clients under the age of 18, a parent or guardian’s presence is recommended.
